| 摘 要： | 知识结构的优劣直接影响到企业技术核心能力的形成与发展。对企业知识结构的内涵及层次构成进行了分析,认为各层次知识特性、价值各异,对技术核心能力形成的影响也各异;从静态的角度研究了企业知识结构对技术核心能力形成的作用机制;从动态的角度分析了企业知识结构与技术核心能力的循环发展机制。

| Abstract: | The enterprise's knowledge structure plays an important role in the formation and development of technological core competence. By analyzing the connotation and hierarchy of knowledge structure, the paper argues that there are big differences in each level of knowledge's characteristic and value, as well as the impact on the formation of technological core competence. Then from static view, the paper studies the forming mechanism of technological core competence based on knowledge structure. In addition, from dynamic view, we analyze the developing mechanism between knowledge structure and technological core competence. |
