| 摘 要： | 采用适当的控制方式有效地促进联盟中知识转移,对于战略联盟的稳定和发展具有重要意义。通过将联盟中知识转移效果划分不同维度,建立了知识转移效果的立方体模型,然后对比了联盟的两种主要控制方式(正式控制和社会控制)对知识转移效果不同维度的影响,得出以下结论:联盟的社会控制更有效地促进了联盟的知识转移。

| Abstract: | Using appropriate control modes to promote knowledge transfer efficiently in strategy alliance,is crucial to strategy alliances' stability and development.This article divided knowledge transfer efficiency into different dimensions and established a cubic model of knowledge transfer efficiency.Also,it compared influences of two control modes,formal control and social control,used in strategy alliance on different dimensions of knowledge transfer efficiency,and reached the following conclusion: social control is more efficient to promote knowledge transfer in strategy alliance. |
