| 摘 要： | 科技创新对经济增长至关重要,建立在科技创新基础上的经济发展才具有长久的可持续性。目前,我国资本市场尚不能适应科技创新发展的需要。研究表明,通过建立主板市场、创业板市场及技术产权交易市场间的有效对接机制,建立基于多层次资本市场的科技创新支持体系是推动我国持续科技创新的有效机制。

| Abstract: | Technology innovation is critical to the sustainability of economic growth. At present,domestic capital market is not in the position to satisfy the development of technology innovation. This paper analyzes that the impulse of domestic innovation supporting system is the construction of multi-level capital market led by the effective fitting system of main board market,second board market and technology property market. |
