| Abstract: | Judging from the political culture, it is certain to find out the fundamental tradition in Chinese history that the Confucianists and Legalists were mutually complementary, and great importance were attached to both "Rule of Virtue" and ' Rule by Law . A scientific analysis of this tradition can provide us with some useful revelation. |
