| 摘 要： | 高校仪器设备使用绩效评价问题是资产管理人员研究的重要课题之一,对于充分发挥仪器设备使用绩效具有重要的理论和现实指导意义。采用广义回归神经网络方法对高校仪器设备使用绩效进行定量分析,建立指标体系与网络模型,并通过算例对数据样本进行训练与测试。对网络输出的结果数据进行分析,最终得出评价结论。

| Abstract: | The performance evaluation problem of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities is an important research subject of asset management, to make full use of equipment performance has important theoretical and practical signiifcance. Based on the equipment performance quantitative analysis using the method of Generalized Regression Neural Network, establish the index system and the network model, and through the example of the training and testing samples of data. Analysis of the network output data, and finally draws the appraisal conclusion. |
