| Abstract: | This article investigates the fortification process and the structure of Suzhou He Lv Big City, and demonstrates that Suzhou City is He Lv Big City designed by Wu Zixu and built by He Lv. Whereas, the He Lv City on the Lv River mouth on the border of Wuxi and Changzhou is the He Lv small city. |
