| Abstract: | Saving resources and protecting environment have been the significant projects of every country concerns in the world.Confronting with the severe situation of resources shortage,we have to insist on keeping scientific development view,strengthen our management,initiate original mechanisms and endeavor to construct economical campuses in respond to the proposition of constructing economical society nationwide.And these have become the inevitable ways for the sound,sustainable and rapid development of private universities. |
