| 摘 要： | 本文借助数学模型，从数理分析的角度得出对外直接投资与投资国出口贸易之间替代与互补效应并存，并受投资区位、投资行业以及企业竞争能力等因素的影响。最后从投资主体、投资行业、投资区位以及投资方式四个方面，对中国对外直接投资的发展提出了相应的政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper, by creating a mathematical model, analysised the relationship between the Outflow FDI and the Export of home country and found that the effects of substitution and complementary are both exist between them, which influenced by the locationship, industry and competitive ability, etc. Finally, from the aspects of FDI bodies, FDI industry, FDI locationship and FDI models, the authors gave four corresponding suggestions to improve china＇s outflow FDI. |
