| 摘 要： | 教师队伍建设是高等学校永恒的主题和赖以生存发展的动力.二十多年来,我们用着持续发展的战略眼光去构建教师队伍建设,走过了一段不平凡的历程,在观念上实现了由"管"到"治"的转变;在实施中实现了由"要求"到"激励"再到"自我实现"的跨越.文章就我校教师队伍建设的作法与经验进行了总结分析.

| Abstract: | Construction of teacher troop is the college eternal subject and vital power for colleges and universities existence and development.For more than 20years we have constructed the teacher troop with the strategic judgement of sustainable development and have passed through section of extraordinary courses.In concept we have changed from "governing" to "managing".In carrying out the task we have realized "drives" again "the self-realization" from "the request".It is to summarize and analyze the methods and experience in constructing our college's teacher troop. |
