| 摘 要： | 在高等教育的激烈竞争中,新建地方院校要想立足实际培养出满足地方经济社会发展需要的具有国际化视野的应用型人才,就需要不断淘汰旧课程,建立起不断更新、与时俱进的新课程,要引进和创建新课程,以现代教学理论为指导,以学生为中心,以实际教学需要为依据,发挥教师和学生的主观能动性,不断创新课程教学模式改革,才能最终实现人才培养目标。

| Abstract: | In order to cultivate applied talents with international view to meet the need of local economic development,newly-built local universities had to eliminate antiquated courses and establish new courses consistently in spite of the keen competition of higher education.Guided by modern teaching theory,taking students as center,we should give full play to teachers and students and reform teaching mode of innovative curriculum consistently in order to realize the aim of cultivating talents. |
