| 摘 要： | 执政能力建设是当前党的建设的重要内容,是中国共产党面临的一个严峻的课题。必须不断加强党的科学判断形势的能力、驾驭市场经济的能力、应对复杂局面的能力、依法执政的能力和总揽全局的能力。必须坚持与时俱进的思想,不断把党的执政能力建设推进到更高水平。

| Abstract: | The building of the governing capability is an important content of the party building. It is an austere task facing with the CPC. It must be done to strengthen the capability of judging the situa-tion scientifically, to enhance the ability of reigning the market economy, to reinforce the competence of replying the complicated phases, to upgrade the headship of ruling legally and assuming overall re-sponsibility. At the same time, the theory of keeping pace with times must be sticked to, and the reigning power of the party should be pushed to a higher Ievel. |
