| 摘 要： | 分析了合并期间高校档案管理工作存在的问题，提出了做好档案管理工作的一些建议，认为：要做好合并高校档案管理工作，首先要领导重视，明确体制，统一集中管理；要加强宣传力度，增强档案意识；要建立健全管理制度；其次，要加大投入力度，改善档案管理工作条件，加快档案电子信息化建设；再次，要明确管理目标，加强管理人员业务水平，提高管理水平。

| Abstract: | Problems existent in archives management during the merging of higher education institutions are analyzed and suggestions about improving archives management are proposed.To improve the archives management,the administrators of the merged institutions should attach great importance to archives and establish regulations for unified management,enhance archives consciousness by effective guidance,(update) relevant equipment and employ electronic informantion system,define the managing goals and(upgrade) the archivists' competence. |
