高职学生“生成性交往模式”研究

摘    要:高职学生与普通本科院校学生相比,在人际交往问题上存在着特殊的问题。传统的局限于知识灌输、伦理引领、规范制约的交往模式,既不适应高职院校发展的需要,也不适合高职学生交往理性认知和实践践行的特点。建构"生成性交往"这一现代交往行为模式,对于发展既符合高职学生现实交往需求、又与未来职业接轨的交往关系,具有重要意义。

Abstract:Compared with the undergraduate college students,the students in higher vocational institete felt more confused about the possible questions met in interpersonal communication.The traditional communication mode simply focuses on knowledge infusion,ethical guidance and standard restriction.The above system is no longer suitable for the development of vocational education,as well as the development of students' rational understanding of communication.It is very significant to construct the modern"Generativity Communication Mode"to accord with the future profession.
