| 摘 要： | 如何在新常态下开展好高校附属医院思想政治教育工作,这是思想政治工作人员一直思考的问题。本文尝试性地将思想政治教育的“艺术性”与常规的思想政治教育方式相融合,希望能为提高思想政治工作效率探索出新模式、开拓出新渠道。思想政治工作人员可以转变观念,将各方面的教育工作形成合力,从而使高校附属医院思政教育工作更有成效。

| Abstract: | How to carry out the ideological and political work of university affiliated hospitals in the new era is a problem that ideological and political instructors have been thinking about.This paper attempts to integrate the"artistry"of ideological and political work with the conventional way of ideological and political work,hoping to explore new models and explore new channels for improving the efficiency of ideological and political work.Ideological and political instructors can transform their ideas and make efforts in all aspects of education so as to make the ideological and political work in university affiliated hospitals more active and effective. |
