摘 要: | 本文运用信息不对称理论,对高职新一轮职称评审改革中的信息不对称现象进行了分析,探讨职称评审中存在的“逆向选择”和“道德风险”问题,并提出了解决对策,即充分运用“信号传递”“激励相容约束”和“分离均衡”原则,强化信息公开与交流,完善制度建设,创新评价结果使用。

Abstract: | The article analyzes the information asymmetry in the new round of professional title review reform in higher vocational colleges,discusses the"adverse selection"and"moral hazard"problems in professional title review,and proposes solutions:make full use of"signaling","Incentive Compatibility Constraint"and"separating equilibrium"principles,strengthen information disclosure and communication,improve system construction,and use innovative evaluation results. |
