| 摘 要： | 为了解福州市健身馆及相关情况，运用调查分析等方法对福州市内五个区健身馆的分布、收费、授课内容、健身指导以及教练的文化程度和科学管理等一系列问题进行调查研究，分析影响群众健身的各种因素，并提出相应建议。

| Abstract: | In order to understand the condition of fitness - keeping clubs in Fuzhou, this paper studis a series of problems of fitness - keeping clubs which are dispersed in five districts of Fuzhou by means of investigating and analyzing.These problems are how they are dispersed, how they collect fees, what they teach, how they teach, what the educational level of their coaches is and how they manage their clubs. And then it analyzes all different kinds of elements which influence people's health. At last,it gives some suggestions. |
