| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述公共图书馆对学习型社会到来的知识管理应对方案。讨论了知识管理是学习型社会对公共图书馆的必然要求,在公共图书馆应该实行怎么样的知识管理措施,这些措施之间又该如何与学习型社会学习特征相联系。最后,在知识管理基础之上提出学习型社会中公共图书馆的服务模型。
