| 摘 要： | 本文先讨论JIT,以此为基础建立基于JIT模式的生产信息管理模型,并开发了一个小型的基于JIT模式的生产信息管理系统,与传统的MPRII模式比较,JIT模式下的生产信息管理具有较明显的优势。

| Abstract: | JIT(Just In Time)is suitable for the manufacturing enterprise development needs in the current market conditions.JIT(just in time)production is the process that the products and components with the required level of quality are produced at the given time and place the authors designed and implemented production management systems based on JIT.It can facilitate business process reengineering and enterprises informationization of the current discrete manufacturing industry in China.Compared with the traditional MPRII mode,production information management systems based on JIT has more obvious advantage. |
