| 摘 要： | 基于图书馆功能与资源利用,分析了高校图书馆提升社会大众信息意识的意义与作用。高校图书馆有效履行信息教育与服务职能,帮助社会用户唤醒信息意识、激发他们的信息利用兴趣、促进他们形成信息需求和自觉寻求信息欲望。进而吸引社会大众充分利用高校图书馆优势特色资源,实现高校资源利用价值的最大化。
