| 摘 要： | 通过对目标设置的教学实验研究结果表明:明确目标的教学效果比模糊目标的教学效果好;在目标教学的过程中焦虑和唤醒水平与技能的掌握有密切关系;目标设置对学生的努力程度有很重要的影响.

| Abstract: | The teaching experiment of goal set-up shows that the teaching effects of tangible goals is better than that of intangible goals; in the course of goal teaching, The level of anxiety and arousal has a close relationship with the command of techniques. The set up of goals has a great effect on the learning attitude of students. |
