| Abstract: | Drawing both on the common experience of other ecological cities in the world and on the policy matrix by the environment bureau of the World Bank, this paper discusses ways of developing ecological cities in our country and puts forward the notion of unifying government, enterprise and pubic as a trinity and makes some suggestions on the policy of integrative construction for ecological cities. |
