| 摘 要： | 温州市把加强社区和社区化建设，与创建全国明城市与建设化强市相结合，从制订规划，落实措施入手，开展了精品社区建设，提出了抓设施、抓网络、抓队伍、抓活动，形成社区化的鲜明特色。本通过对温州社区化建设情况开展调查的基础上，对温州社区化建设的机制进行考察与评估，指出了目前社区化建设机制方面所存在的问题及今后发展的方向进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Wenzhou government attaches great importance to community cultural development to keep pace with the construction of Wenzhou city. Plans are made and carried out to develop the best community. Facilities, such as internet, activities are facilitated to modernize the communities. This thesis summarizes the experience in developing community culture in Wenzhou, and raise problems and discussion on the development of the community culture in Wenzhou. |
