黑茶茶绿色素的分析

摘    要:采用浸提法从黑茶中提取茶绿色素,采用光谱法测定了黑茶中茶绿色素的含量,通过实验研究了最佳分析条件,本法的回收率为101.32%-109.15%,相对标准偏差小于0.28%。

Abstract:Marinated method was applied for extracting green tea pigment in the black teas. The content of the green tea pigment was determined by specyrometric method, the optimum determined conditions were obtained by the tests. The recovery was 101.32% - 109.15% and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.28%.
