| 摘 要： | 试点高校网络教育十年办学来,网络教育经历了起步、发展、稳定等三个阶段。网络教育教学质量一直是同行关注的重点。特别是近几年来,国家不断出台规范办学行为硬性措施,使得高校网络教育由规模扩张向质量求胜的内涵式发展方向转变。笔者从网络教育质量管理的基本要素入手,探索建立和完善教学管理体系、教学督导评价体系,有效提高教学质量的途径。
