| 摘 要： | 系统分析了国内外知识治理研究的现状,从参考理论、研究主题、研究方法及分析层次等方面进行梳理,并探讨知识治理未来研究的发展趋势,知识治理研究需要更加深入的考察知识、竞争优势和组织之间的因果关系和影响因素,建立自己的理论体系,研究非正式的治理机制如信任、心理契约、组织文化、非正式组织等对知识管理活动影响,增加实证研究的比例,并加强小组团队层的研究.
