| 摘 要： | 为及时了解和掌握国有煤炭企业科技人才现状和需求变化，更好地做好煤炭工业科技人才的培养和建设工作，《国有煤炭企业人才状况及相关问题研究》课题组对山西、河南、山东、安徽等8个省的12个矿区企业、5所原煤炭高校进行了调查研究，基本掌握了我国国有煤炭企业科技人员现状与需求信息，就有关问题进行了研究，有针对性地提出了一些对策建议。

| Abstract: | To gain a better understanding of the current state of the technical personnel in state owned coal enterprises and the changes in the relevant demands and to better carry out necessary training of the personnel, an investigation has been carried out of 12 coal enterprises in 8 provinces and 5 institutions of higher learning, formerly affiliated to coal industry. The results are analyzed and studied and relevant suggestions are put forward accordingly. |
