| 摘 要： | 全面的发展观是科学发展现的基本要求，它强调经济、政治、文化、社会协调发展，这与构建政治合法性多元基础整体契合。当前，中共必须促进国民经济又好又快发展，不断提高执政的经济发展绩效；稳步推进政治体制改革，不断体现社会主义公平正义；建设社会主义核心价值体系，不断增强社会主义意识形态的说服力和凝聚力，才能夯实执政合法性多元基础，进一步巩固执政地位。
