| 建设产教融合型企业的逻辑起点、现实壁垒及推进策略 |

| 摘 要： | 建设产教融合型企业是构建现代职业教育体系、深化现代职业教育改革的适切选择,但在当前还面临如下现实壁垒:政策体系不完善,企业内生动力不足,相关利益主体权责不清。从产教融合型企业的逻辑起点出发,梳理产教融合型企业的内涵概念,明晰其本质属性与价值体现,是建设产教融合型企业的现实基础。为推进产教融合型企业建设,提出:应细化建设标准,构建评价新机制;完善产教融合型企业激励政策,充分赋予企业新动能;明晰主体权责,突出企业新主体。

| Abstract: | The construction of industry education integration enterprise is an appropriate choice to build a modern vocational education system and deepen the reform of modern vocational education,but it still faces the following practical barriers:the policy system is not perfect,the endogenous power of the enterprise is insufficient,and the rights and responsibilities of the relevant stakeholders are unclear.Starting from the logical starting point of the industry education integration enterprise,combing the connotation concept of the industry education integration enterprise,and clarifying its essential attribute and value embodiment is the realistic foundation of the construction of the industry education integration enterprise.In order to promote the construction of industry education integration enterprises,we should refine the construction standards,build a new evaluation mechanism,improve the incentive policy of industry education integration enterprises,fully endow the enterprises with new energy,clarify the rights and responsibilities of the main body,and highlight the new main body of the enterprise. |
