| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the service of public libraries in U.K. Trying to discuss those social, legal elements that impact library services, and the trend of library service reform in U.K., meanwhile, based on these analysis, it explores those relevant issues in the public libraries of China, especially the construction of new service system in the public libraries of China. |
