图书情报机构知识服务三维构架的探索性研究

摘    要:社会经济的演变推动着知识服务的兴起与发展,使得知识服务逐渐成为图书情报机构迎接未来的必然选择。目前学术界对知识服务的研究还颇为有限,对知识服务涵义的界定也往往零散而缺乏系统性。从用户需求出发,借助于知识价值链思路,提出图书情报机构知识服务的三维构架(TdFKS),并通过问卷调查和对调查问卷指标的信度与均值分析,完善各维度的构成并验证三维构架,解释知识服务涵义的合理性。
