| 摘 要： | 在新的时代 ,信用问题已经成为当代中国面临的重大课题之一。从唯物史观高度考察 ,作为一般规律的社会信用 ,可以理解为优化社会结构的一般规律、促进社会全面进步的一般规律、完善社会动力机制的一般规律、推动人的全面发展的一般规律四个方面的高度统一。深化认识作为一般规律的社会信用 ,对建设中国特色社会主义事业、全面推进小康社会建设和促进人的全面发展具有重大实践价值。

| Abstract: | In the new times, credit issue has become one of the great subjects that China a re facing. From the materialist conception of history to investigate, social cre dit can be interpreted as the high degree of unification of four aspects univers al law. That is the law that optimizes the social structure, the law that promot es the social progress of all-side, the law that perfects the mechanism of soci a l power, and the law that promotes the people's development in an all-round way . To deepen the cognition of social credit has great practical value to build soc ialism of Chinese characteristics, to advance the construction of well-to-do s ociety, and to promote people's overall development. |
