| 摘 要： | 文章论述了图书馆的著作权保护的目的是平衡作者与读者的利益关系，保护知识的传播，促进社会文化的发展。分析了传统图书馆的著作权保护原则的形成和发展过程，其著作权保护体系是维系图书馆与著作权人、出版界之间良好互动关系的根基。探讨了数字图书馆著作权保护的若干重要问题。

| Abstract: | This article argues that the purposes of copyright protection for the library are to balance the interests between authors and readers, to protect the dissemination of knowledge, and to facilitate the development of the society and culture. It analyses the emergence and development of copyright protection rules in the context of the traditional library. The copyright protection system provides a foundation on which the dynamics among libraries, authors and publishers has been maintained. This article also discusses a number of important questions in relation to digital library copyright protection. |
