| Abstract: | This paper tries to apply modern theories of management to analyze the important social reform from high concentrated planned economy to socialist marketing economy system of our country.It uses foundational ideas of systematic science to make helpful exploration and thinking on the important strategic decisions of social reform and development which were made by CPC central committee since the reform and opening up. |
