| 摘 要： | 目的:比较肛肠治疗仪与肛肠治疗仪加缝扎法治疗重度混合痔的治疗效果.方法:将80例混合痔(内痔Ⅲ期)随机分为治疗组(肛肠治疗仪加缝扎法组)和对照组(肛肠治疗仪组),比较分析手术过程,术后效果.结果:手术过程治疗组所需时间长,但术后复发低,优于对照组.结论:现代化的肛肠治疗仪加传统的基底缝扎术是临床上治疗重度混合痔的非常理想的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | objective: to compare the effect of therapeutic instrument with the therapeutic instrument and suturing ligation operation in the treatment of the serious mixed hemorrhoids.methods 80 patients were random divided into treatment group(using therapeutic instrument and suturing ligation operation) and controlled group(using therapeutic instrument),then the operation process and postoperative effects of both groups were analyzed and compared.results the treatment group spent longer operation-time,bleeding during operation,but the recurrence in the postoperation was lower than that of the controlled. |
