| 摘 要： | 保定虽具有自身的经济发展优势，但实行的是被动服务京津的消费和生产模式，城镇化水平并不高。依托保定的资源和产业特点，建立起主动出击的经济发展模式势在必行。保定的未来空间发展应该是向东、南、北3个方向发展的“一轴一带”的指形网络发展模式，通过产业梯度转移谋求京津保的共同发展，构造核心产业链和提升经济辐射力。

| Abstract: | Baoding has its opportunity for economic development under the big triangle of Jing-Jin-Shi within big Beijing economic circle. But actually, the standard of urbanization for baoding is not very high. Although the economic linkage between Baoding and Jing-Jin-Shi, the economic developing mode is passive, its consuming style and producing style is to serve for Jing-Jin. So initiative developing mode must be constructed for Baoding on the basis of Baoding＇s resources feature. Urban developing trend for Baoding should be developed southward, northward and eastward, its trend is ＂one axis one belt＂ under finger-like net developing mode, making for Baoding-Beijing-Tianjin co-developing through grades transferring, constructing its core industrial, elevating its economic radiation. |
