摘    要:针对中小企业绩效管理过程中存在的沟通不当,绩效面谈被忽视,缺乏反馈沟通等问题,分析了绩效沟通的重要性,并就这些绩效管理沟通问题形成原因,给出了在绩效管理的各个阶段改进绩效沟通的相应对策。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems in the process of performance management such as inappropriate communication, negleyence of face-to-face performance talking ,lack of feedback communication, the paper analyzes the significance of performance communication and puts forward the countermeasures in each stage of performance management according to the causes of these problems.
