摘    要:目的:探讨系统训练对改善大学生身体成分的作用。方法:以12周强度为70%VOmax的系统训练,应用Body Compositon Analyzar百斯人体成分分析仪测试,观察受试训练期间和停止训练后身体成分变化。结果与结论:经百斯人体成分分析仪Biespace.InBody3.0报告受试训练期间和停止训练后身体蛋白质、水分、无机质、腰臀比(WHR)、质量指数(BMI)、瘦体重(LBM)、肥胖度%等多项身体成分参数测试结果表明:(1)系统训练可明显改善大学生的身体成分从而促进体质健康;(2)训练效果是一种积蓄效应,它不具一次性和永久性;(3)中断训练后每周保持以原训练强度3次以上训练,可较好地保持训练效果;(4)训练期间由于消耗大,合理的营养补充是科学化训练和有效促进体质健康不可忽视的内容。

Abstract:The Purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of system training on the improvement of college students' body compositon. In this study,body compositon analysis is used to test the changes of body compositon of the testees during and after 12 weeks system training with the intensity of 70VOmax. The result of the test of many body compositon parameters such as protein,water,inorganics,WHR,BMI,LBM,obesity% indicates:1.the systemic training can obviously improve the college students' body compositon and then their health;2.the effect of the training is an accumulative one,neither once or forever;3.if the former training intensity is still maintained over three times afterthe intermits of the training,the effect of the training is well maintained;4.owing to much energy lost during the training,providing additional and reasonable nutrition can not be neglected since it is the basis of scientific training and effective improvement of one's health.
