| 摘 要： | 随着高等职业教育的不断发展,国家示范性高职院校建设的不断深入,高职院校将经历一个新的发展时期,即将面临教育理念、教育体制、教学内容、人才培养模式等一系列重大改革,对加强高职院校教工党支部的建设提出了更高的要求,本文针对当前高职院校教工党支部建设面临的新问题,有针对性地提出改进和加强教工党支部建设的有效措施,强调党支部建设要与时俱进、不断创新,进一步提高教工党支部的凝聚力和战斗力。

| Abstract: | Along with development of high vocational education and further step to construct nation-demonstrated high vocational college,those colleges will welcome a new developing age of reform in such area as education idea,education system,teaching contents and talent cultivating patterns.Higher demand for idea construction of party branch of teaching stuff has been put forward.Pointing at this problem,this article focuses on effective measures which will improve idea construction of party branch of teaching stuff stressing that this work must be kept with time and innovation in order to elevate concentrating and combat force of party branch of teaching stuff. |
