| Abstract: | Reading English newspapers and magazines is an effective way to enhance students＇ reading ability in higher vocational school. For its richness and practicat utility, English newspapers and magazines will arouse students＇ interest. Teachers should take a good advantage of such resources and explore effective teaching modes to help students in improving their ability in skimming, scanning and intensive reading and cultivate their international view and humanistic quality. |
