小白菜无性系的建立

摘    要:通过小白菜的茎尖增殖分化培养、试管苗的生根和移栽培养等试验,研究了小白菜愈伤组织的诱导分化,试管苗的增殖、生根以及移栽条件,并建立了它的无性系。结果表明,不定芽诱导和增殖的最适取材部位为茎尖;最适培养基组成为MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L+G30g/L;试管苗生根的最适培养基为:1/2MS+IAA0.2mg/L+G15g/L;试管苗移栽最适培养条件为:散射光下以炉灰渣为基质,并保持湿度为90%。

Abstract:Through the experiments of multiplication of cabbage's top of stem, rooting of tube plantlet, culture of transplanting and so on, we have studied inducement and differentiation of wounded tissue, multiplication of tube plantlet, rooting and transplanting condition and establishes its clone system. The result shows that the most suitable part for the inducement of indefinite bud and multiplication is top of the stem. The most suitable composition of culture medium is MS +6-BA2mg/L +NAA0.5 mg/L + G30g/L; The most suitable culture medium of rooting is 1/2MS +IAA0.2mg/L + G15g/L; The most suitable condition is: tube plantlets' transplanting, based on ash, under the light of dispersion, is kept in 90% of. air humidity.
