| 摘 要： | 通过对教育理念的研究,阐明了理念的内涵,并对教育理念进行了一番探析,指出了教育理念应是教育主体在教育实践及思维活动中形成的教育价值取向及理想、追求,是“教育应然状态”的理性认识。结合当前的中小学教育实践,提出时代呼唤个性化的教育理念。

The ideas should be the subjects on education that form the value and the ideal in the education practice and thought, and it also should be an ideal consciousness about "Education should be like", According to the current education practice in the primary and middle school, it has pointed out individualizing ideal ideas on education. |
