| 摘 要： | 通过对美国职业篮球联赛的技术指标进行比较分析,研究了姚明与奥尼尔在NBA中防守效率、投篮效率、进攻效率等比赛效率方面的实际状况.针对姚明的现状与不足,提出了在今后训练中改进和加强的建议,旨在为把姚明培养成为世界第一中锋提供一些理论依据,进而为提高中国男篮科学训练水平提供参考.

| Abstract: | Through research of the technology index of NBA, this paper compares the defence efficiency, shot efficiency and offence efficiency between Yao ming and O'neal. The writer puts forward some suggestions to improve Yao's deficiency, this rese arch will offer some theoretical references for training Yao ming becomes the 1s t center of the world and improving training level of China Men's basketball. |
