摘    要:以人为本的理念在今天已成为教育管理思想的主流,但对"以人为本"思想本质和精神内涵及其指向性指标却甚少探讨。本研究从人性关怀的角度,提出对学术自由的维护、对失败的宽容和对个性的尊重是贯彻以人为理念的核心。

Abstract:Nowadays,the idea of people-oriented high education management has been commonly accepted as a mainstream of the education management,but there have been very few discussions concerning the ideology essence,spiritual connotation and representative indicators of this idea until now.This paper suggests from the humanity point of view that the core of carrying out the idea in question lies in maintaining the academic freedom,the failure tolerance and the respect for individuality.
