摘    要:湘西杜鹃花根茎经沸水提取,Savag法除蛋白,乙醇沉淀,分离提取多糖。纯化后经苯酚——硫酸法显色,应用分光光度法于490nm处测定湘西杜鹃花多糖含量。

Abstract:The polysaccharide of Xiangxi rhodedendron can be extracted from its root and stem by the following modern,analytical technique such as extracting through boiling water,eliminating protein by savag method and precipitated by ethyl alcohol After the purification of the sediment,the polysaccharide should be developed through benzene phenol and sulfuric acid and then examined by a spectrophotometer method at the depth of 490nm Thus comes to the obtain of the polysaccharide content of the Xiangxi rhodo dendron
