| 摘 要： | 从生物力学的角度对比分析背越式和俯卧式跳高技术，用运动生物力学的原理剖析了助跑、起跳、过竿三个主要技术环节中两种跳高技术的不同之处，指出了俯卧式技术中的不足，科学地论证了背越式跳高技术的优势之所在。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of biomechanics, the differences in three techniques, i.e. run-up, take-off and bar-clearing between straddle jump and fosbury flop were discussed. The disadvantages of the techniques used in stradlle jump and the advantages of the techniques employed in fosbury flop were demonstrated. |
