摘    要:优秀的广告人才是广告业的发展基础。美、日是世界上广告业与广告教育最发达的国家,其广告教育均有百年历史,然而两国广告教育模式完全不同。美日两国广告教育的核心是创新,其创新主要体现在教育理念、教育资源、师资来源、教育模式、知识体系上。
