| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国打破了大锅饭的分配制度,行业之间职工的收入差距开始加大.至目前,我国的行业收入差距已经很大,并且有继续扩大的趋势,该问题已经引起学术界及全社会的重视.本文通过对近年来学术文献的研究及对《中国统计年鉴》中数据的分析发现:我国行业之间收入差距的扩大,有市场、政府以及行业间社会保障差异等诸多原因;对劳动供给、劳动力市场竞争将产生非常不利的影响,并会导致社会有效需求的不足,甚至影响社会的稳定.因此,本文认为:我国当前应充分发挥市场机制的调节作用、政府的宏观调控作用以及个人所得税制度的调节作用,缩小行业收入差距,实现社会公平.

| Abstract: | From the Reform and Opening-up,China broke the communal pot distribution system,so the income gaps between workers in the different sectors became more and more.At present,Chinese income gaps have been too great and its increasing trend is continuing.The academic circle even the whole society have being focused on this problem.Though researching academic sources in recent years and analysing data of China Statistical Yearbook,this paper found that there are many reasons why the industry income gaps increases rapidly,such as market,government,differences of social security in the different sectors and that the increasing income gaps will produce bad influence in labour supplymemt,market competition and will lead to social insufficient effective demand even break social stability.Therefore this paper pointed out that China should play full role of the adjustment function of the market mechanism macro-control,the government’s macro-control and individual income tax in order to reduce the wide industry income gaps and carry out the social fair. |
