| 摘 要： | 当前在建设学习型社会的大背景下,我国农村学习型组织发展速度迅速,数量众多,同时也暴露出这样那样的问题。学习型农村专业合作经济组织是我国农村最受欢迎、最具发展前景的一种农村学习型组织类型,具有"协会领头,自愿加入"、"技术支撑,服务为本"、"团队学习,共同提高"等特征。学习型农村专业合作经济组织的发展壮大,需要政府引导和政策推动,同时远程教育机构以其得天独厚的优势,大有可为。

| Abstract: | Under the background of constructing learning society, the learning organizations in rural areas is developing very rapidly with huge numbers as well as many problems. The specialized cooperative economic organization is the most welcomed learning organization in rural areas with great developing prospect. It is featured of guild guiding, voluntary participation, technology supporting, service oriented, group study, advance together, etc. Its development and progress requires the government instruction and policy promotion, at the same time, the distance education institutions may play an important role in it with their innate advantages. |
