| 摘 要： | 图书馆时间管理评价是图书馆时间管理的一个重要组成部分。在进行图书馆时间管理评价时，应根据有形劳动和无形劳动的不同特点建立不同的评价体系一对有形劳动时间管理的评价重在其数量指标和质量指标；对无形劳动时间管理的评价重在其时间的利用率和有效性。

| Abstract: | The evaluation of library time management is an important part of library time management. It is necessary to draw up different criteria according to they are tangible laborers or intangible laborers. The evaluation emphasis of the former is on the quantitative index and qualitative index, while the evaluation emphasis of the latter is on the time utilization ratio and effectivity. |
