| Abstract: | In the article, based on analyzing the present situation and problems of the gym teacher team of colleges and universities in our country, combining the theory of knowledge economy with the author's ten years of engaging in the construction, the paper discussed the basic method and the main measures to improve the qualification of the whole stuff and develop the construct of gym teacher team at the beginning of 21th in China. |
